Description

Workplace hostility can manifest as shaming, blaming, emotional, psychological, physical and sexual abuse, passive aggression, overt aggression, deceit, sabotage … I’ll leave you to fill in all of the manifestations that I’ve left out. The underlying reason for workplace hostility is rarely what it appears to be, and this course will direct you to look for the true causes because, the more accurately a problem is defined, the more likely a remedy is to succeed.
